2025-2026 Acquisition of a dipping machine and 6 ovens

The aim of this project was to install a linear dipping machine equipped with a set of 5-axis robots to handle multiple orders simultaneously, along with 4 demolding stations.

By optimizing manufacturing processes, this machine delivers significant productivity gains, cost reductions, and improved market competitiveness. This allows us to maintain all our market opportunities in the face of Asian competition, while continuing our international expansion and opening up to new opportunities.

This system makes employees’ work easier by reducing the need to move around and handle material bins.

We received a grant of €185,295 from the FEDER to fund our project.
